Terms and Conditions
I believe it’s important for both of us, the grooming service provider and the site users to understand the right we both hold and to respect those rights with each other. Please read thoroughly before using the site. By using the site and booking our services, you are accepting the practices described in this Terms and Conditions of cloverdogdesign.com.au.
Agreement:
This policy may be changed at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions each and every time you visit this site.
Services & Pricing:
The service contents and pricing may be changed at any time without prior notice. If there is a change, the list will be updated on our website and booking page.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Failure to do so may incur a fee of 50% of the total grooming service, payable at the next appointment.
Late Policy:
Please be on time for your appointment, otherwise it will cut into your appointment time and you may not be able to receive full service of grooming. Please note that we have to cancel your appointment If you are over 15 mins late without any notice.
